6 IDAO DE TILLARD : He is the best French 5-year-old trotter. He made a big impression with his success in the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q3 – Critérium Continental and in the Group II Prix de Croix on 24 December and 14 January. This son of Severino is out of the ordinary. It is complete, being manoeuvrable, able to follow all trains and endowed with a sharp final burst of speed. He is a serious contender for victory.

2 HORSY DREAM : In full bloom, he won during this meeting (in addition to two Group IIIs) the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q4 – Prix Ténor de Baune and the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q6 – Prix de Belgique (the latter remaining iron). In the image ofTillard’s Idao, he follows all the trains and knows how to finish very quickly. He has never been stronger and his trainer is full of praise for him. This is another potential winner.

11 HOHNECK : He is part of the elite of his class. Fifth in the Prix d’Amérique 2022, he managed to maintain his performance at the highest level, notably finishing second in the Critérium des 5 ans. In the preparatory stages, he finished fifth in the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q4 – Prix Ténor de Baune and third in the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q6 – Prix de Belgique. Let’s not forget his incredible statistics: in 44 races, he finished 43 times in the first 5, 40 times in the first 4 and 39 times in the first 3!

1 HIP HOP HAUFOR : He quickly qualified for the Prix d’Amérique by winning the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q1 – Prix de Bretagne on 20 November. That day, he impressed by producing a superb finish. His ticket in his pocket, he then ran very well without forcing in three other preparatory sessions. Prepared for D-Day, it can pleasantly surprise at the end of a good run.

3 LANDRET HUSSAR : Winner on September 18 of the Critérium des 5 ans, he qualified for this Prix d’Amérique by finishing second in the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q2 – Prix de Bourbonnais, on December 11. He too is able to do the last kilometer very quickly. He will probably practice the waiting race. If he is not too far from the finish line, he has the means to finish in the top five.

8 ITALIANO VERO : Winner of the Critérium des 4 ans, he finished second in the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q1 – Prix de Bretagne, thus qualifying for the big meeting on Sunday. On December 10, running unshod four feet like in the Criterium (and for the second time in his career), he finished second in a Group II over the 2700 meters of the big track. Barefoot for the third time, this classy 5-year-old has his say for a place in the top five.

14 GOUTIER FLAME : Great champion under saddle, she has just won, as in 2022, the Prix de Cornulier. Last year, she finished third in the Prix d’Amérique, behind Davidson duPont and Galiustrotting on in the kilometric reduction of 1’11″5. Given its form, it still has a say for a good classification, despite the presence this year of young people with long teeth.

9 HOOKER BERRY : He is a super horse, who has often been among the best in his class. Winner of the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q2 – Prix de Bourbonnais and fourth in the Prix d’Amérique Races Zeturf Q6 – Prix de Belgique, he can enter this Prix d’Amérique with ambitions, but a priori rather for a fourth or fifth square.
